Kelly johnson

Title: Founder / CEO

Superpower: Embodying eco-innovation: reclaiming, inventing, and energizing

Kelly started IREP in January of 2012. After spending 22 years in the restaurant business - a business with an incredible amount of waste - and 3 1/2 years in property management, she wanted to start a business that would make a difference in her community. When she's not hiring, training, coaching / developing her team, you can find Kelly watching basketball, making candles, spending time at the theatre, and playing with her dogs. That, or plotting the next crazy thing IREP is going to do.

daphne johnson

Title: Sustainability Manager

Superpower: Waste whisperer: rescuing, revitalizing, and redistributing treasures

Daphne joined the IREP team in May of 2020 and helped revamp the company's sustainability process. She handles all things resale by taking care of our items and finding new homes through many different online platforms. She also helps with social media with her perfected Canva skills and loves everything DIY. She is a huge supporter of recycling, repurposing, and reusing. When she's not saving things from the landfill, she's playing/coaching basketball, doing puzzles, and spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family.

aslan hollier

Title: Sales & Marketing Director

Superpower: Relationship alchemist: cultivating, personalizing, and catalyzing growth

Aslan joined the IREP team in December of 2020 and helped implement the sustainability process. He has a background in theatre performance, creative writing, kitchen and event management, and teaching kids. He handles networking, writing blogs, creating content, making sales, delivering estimates, managing accounts, and more. He is a huge supporter of recycling to save the world. When he's not saving things from the landfill, he's writing screenplays and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Nicole Nattichioni

Title: Customer Service Manager

Superpower: Multitasking mastery: scheduling, connecting, streamlining

Nicole joined the IREP team in June of 2021 and has been a master of customer service ever since! If she's not answering phones, she's booking appointments, responding to emails, creating and sending invoices, and doing just about everything Kelly's right hand requires. When she's not arranging our team's schedule for the week, you can find Nicole baking, doing DIY craft things, axe throwing, and binge watching TV with her dogs.
