General Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased, except in the case of electronic devices that are found to be defective or not functioning properly upon receipt.

Defective Electronics

If you have purchased an electronic device from IREP Resale that is defective or does not work as intended, you may be eligible for a return. Please follow these steps:

Visit Our Store: Bring the defective electronic device along with your proof of purchase to our store located at:

Evaluation: Our team will inspect the item to confirm the defect.

Refund or Exchange: If the electronic device is deemed defective and within the return period, we will offer you the option of a refund or exchange for a similar product.

Important Notes:

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of purchase for defective electronics.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.
